On being a movement for "wholeness"

Why “wholeness”?

· Because salvation is about the soul of a person – and so much more. It is about the whole of a person. We love God with our heart, soul, mind and strength;

· Because unity is about the healing of churchly divisions of denominational practice and belief – and so much more. It is also about healing the brokenness of the human family across the divisions of race and culture and ethnicity. There is neither Jew nor Greek; no slave nor free; no male nor female. We are one in Christ;

Foundation assets hit record $438.6 million

The Christian Church Foundation distributed $7.2 million to Disciples ministries and another $0.2 million to other charities in 2010, according to President Gary W. Kidwell.
