Living Religions of the World

Offered by the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Canada, free of charge, as part of their Lay Leader Lecture Series

This session provides participants with an introduction to the major religions of the world. We will with focus on some common themes which will reveal both the similarities and the uniqueness of Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, and Buddhism. An excellent opportunity to dip your toe into the water of world religions and gain greater understanding into the world context in which we live. No previous experience or knowledge required.
