Pacific Southwest Region assembly – now VIRTUAL
October 15, 2021 - October 16, 2021
The 2021 Regional Gathering will offer online and in person experiences for the Pacific Southwest Region. Friday night’s worship services will be available online only.
Coming out of a difficult year, we have been pushed to a higher awareness of the realities affecting us all, especially the most vulnerable BIPOC communities. We have seen how the ripples of colonization and racist foundations have and continue to plague us with economic, social, and spiritual grief. With all of this, we have been forced to shift from traditional ways and lean into ways we never imagined.
Our theme this year is “Siguiendo el Camino” (Continuing on the Way) based on the scripture from Joshua 3:4B (CEB). The focus of our theme will be looking at the tangible ways that we can live into this call as we move forward. Keynote speakers include Rev. Dr. Miguel de la Torre (Friday) and Rev. Dr. Daisy Machado (Saturday).

Friday, October 15 – 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. (online only)
Saturday, October 16 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (online)
