General Assembly Exhibitor Application

Form for potential exhibitors to apply for booth space
  • The undersigned agrees to participate as an exhibitor in the 2019 General Assembly of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), to be held at the Iowa Events Center July 20-24, 2019. Participation is subject to the acceptance of application by the General Assembly organizing committee. The General Assembly reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in the acceptance or refusal of applications. Please submit your intent to exhibit via this online application. Upon approval of this application you will receive an invoice. Space will be reserved upon receipt of payment. Space is reserved on a first come, first served basis. Conference Direct contract staff will be assisting with placement and further arrangements for load-in, load-out, decorator kits, etc.

    Hall Hours • Set-up Friday, July 19: 8 am – 5 pm • Saturday, July 20: 9 am - 6 pm • Sunday, July 21: 1 pm – 6 pm; • Monday, July 22 and Tuesday July 23: 9 am - 6pm (Please plan on remaining open until 6 pm.) • Load out Tuesday, July 23: 6 pm - 9 pm

    $5.00 per square foot • (2) Complimentary Registrations per 1,000 square feet
  • Price: $300.00 Quantity:
    Allows exhibitors to capture the contact information for attendees that visit their booth and follow-up on leads generated at the assembly. Lead retrieval systems also give exhibitors the ability to measure results against sales or event objectives and by doing so, justifying the investment in time, energy and budget to exhibit at the event.

  • Selection

    Space assignments will be made as applications are received and approved on a first come, first served basis. Selection will be made using other criteria as is determined to be appropriate. The General Assembly reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the floor plan and to relocate any exhibit.
  • Additional registrations

    In addition to the complimentary registration(s) you receive with your booth, you may register additional attendees on the General Assembly website at www.disciples.org/ga prior to March 31, 2019 to receive the early bird rate of $165. The regular registration rate of $205 will apply after March 31, 2019.
