Administrative Assistant to the National Pastor for Hispanic Ministries
Responsibilities: To provide administrative support services, accounts receivable, ensure accurate record keeping of Hispanic churches – Hispanic conventions, and coordination and logistics of specific projects for the Board meetings and others as required. To function as receptionist and generally serve as the first point of contact, answering telephones, greeting clients and visitors. Willing to work in a religious non-for profit organization.
o B.A. preferable, Must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
o Mainly Mac and some Windows operating Systems required
o Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Professional and Data Base
