What do dreams tell us about ourselves? What do they tell us about truth? Those questions and others will be explored during a half-day counseling workshop at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis on May 7. The workshop is entitled "Dreams and Spiritual Growth" and will be led by Felicity Kelcourse, Ph.D. The workshop is designed as a brief introduction to dream work and spiritual growth. Participants are asked to think about recent dreams as a way of learning about and practicing different dream techniques.
Kelcourse is associate professor of pastoral care and counseling and director of the doctor of ministry program at CTS. She specializes in the dialogue between psychotherapy and faith, human development, cultural foundations of healing, dreams and spiritual growth. Participants are also encouraged to read in advance the book Dreams and Spiritual Growth by Louis M. Savary et al., which is available at the CTS bookstore at www.cts.edu/bookstore or by phone at 317-931-2377.
