The 110th Pacific School of Religion Earl Lectures will feature a speaker who is recognizable to millions of Americans. Former U.S. Labor Secretary Robert Reich will be the featured presenter for the Jan. 25-27, 2011, lectures, which will take place at PSR’s campus in Berkeley, Calif. The Earl Lectures and Leadership Conference is entitled "Our Daily Bread: Faith, Work, and the Economy."
Reich, a professor of public policy at the University of California, Berkeley, served in three national administrations, most recently as secretary of labor under President Bill Clinton. Participants in the lectures also will be afforded the opportunity to become acquainted with Pacific School of Religion’s new President, Riess Potterveld, who took office Oct. 1.
