Register before April 1 for the symposium for the reduced rate of only $99. Rev. Dr. James Forbes will be the keynote speaker at the Preaching and Stewardship Symposium on June 12-14, 2012 at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis. Focusing on the importance of preaching and its role in successful stewardship education, the seminar will cover effective proclamation on creating and sustaining the practice of generosity within local congregations.
Regular registration rate after April 1 is $124. The registration fee includes an evening reception, two continental breakfasts, one lunch (Wednesday) as well as breaks on Wednesday. Reduced seminary student rates are available on a limited basis.
Also involved in the leadership of this program are Rev. Dr. Lance Pape (Brite Divinity School), Rev. Dr. Ron Allen (Christian Theological Seminary), Rev. Dr. Carol Johnston (Christian Theological Seminary), and Rev. Bruce Barkhauer (Center for Faith and Giving).
CTS is hoping to provide housing for seminary students, on a space available basis for just $41 per night.
