Disciples Peace Fellowship Open To Young Adults, Congregations

Disciples Peace FellowshipDisciples Peace Fellowship is again looking for young adults interested in peace and social justice issues. In the past, peace interns have gone on to become social workers, professors, pastors, and human rights advocates. Interns earn approximately $2,000 for the summer, with most expenses provided. They will be trained in peace, social justice education and advocacy from a Christian perspective and travel to Disciples camps and conferences, where they will serve as counselors and peace educators this summer.

Disciples Peace Fellowship also is accepting requests from Disciples summer camps or conferences for peace interns to fill positions on their staffs. The deadline for applications is March 27. For more information, go to: dpfweb.org/intern.html
