As the database of congregational information and Yearbook history, ALEX can paint a data-driven picture of your congregation by reporting statistics, history, and trends in participation and stewardship. Using the historical data stored in ALEX, ALEX staff can generate ten-year snapshot of your congregation’s membership and financial trends.
ALEX staff can also generate custom reports and data files for your church containing information reported in ALEX.
Encouraging your congregation to report Yearbook on the ALEX website during the annual reporting period not only creates a clearer picture of your congregation, but it also informs your region and general ministries as they work to support you. The annual reporting period is typically in January and February each year.
The ALEX congregation directory displays all congregations currently affiliated with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). The ministers serving the congregations also appear in the directory.
