Using the historical data stored in ALEX, ALEX staff can generate an 11-year review of your congregation’s membership and financial trends.
ALEX staff can also generate custom reports and data files for your church containing information reported in ALEX.
Congregations report Yearbook statistics each year on the ALEX web site. Reporting each year not only paints a clearer picture of the congregation, but it also informs your region and general ministries as they work to support your ministry. The annual reporting period is typically during January through March each year.
On the ALEX website, church staff can update address and contact information for the congregation.
