Thanks for subscribing to ALEX! Here are a few things you will want to know.

Quick start video for new subscribers

If you are using your yearbook online subscription account, your screen will not have all the options on your congregation’s staff screen. Yearbook subscribers cannot edit their congregation’s information.

If your Alex invitation link expired:

go to https://alex.disciples.org
put the username (the email that received the invitation) in the username field
click on “forgot password”
look in the user’s email box for a reset link and instructions.

How to ….

Look up a minister’s email

Navigate to the Reporting icon on the left navigation (a pencil)
Click on the box labeled Minister Directory on the lower right.
Use the search options to narrow your search by region, name, and/or professional code.
BONUS: When you have highlighted the minister’s name, you can go back to the top of the table and click on “view congregation” to see where they are serving.

Find the comparative tables

Navigate to the Reporting icon on the left (the pencil)
Click on the box that says “Subscriber Reporting”
Click on the tab for either Two-Year Region Comparison-Financial or Two-Year Region Comparison-Participation

Look for the “top” congregations in a variety of categories

Navigate to the Reporting icon on the left (the pencil
Click on the box that says “Subscriber Reporting”
Click on the tab that says “Top Results”
Select your search criteria from the drop-down menus
Click on “get results”
